As a parent, finding the right person to take care of your child and household is not easy. Entrusting your kids to a stranger is difficult. As the child of an elderly parent, you want to be sure they are happy and safe with the caregiver you choose for them.

We are here to offer you help in finding the right caregiver for your family. We will save you time in placing ads, returning phone calls, checking references and background information of the applicants. This will assure you of a good quality applicant.

We will only present you with the applicants which will suit your needs the best. We perform a thorough search of our applicants, making sure that the candidate has the ability to enhance and enrich your family's life. We re-train our caregivers upon arriving in Canada to assure you that they know the job well and teach them to cook some Western/Canadian foods.

Our agency matches the caregiver and family through the data provided to us by both parties in the application forms available on our web site. After viewing our candidates, you can notify us which ones interest you the most. We will contact you and discuss the various options with you.

If you choose a caregiver that is not in Canada our services to you as the employer are free of charge. We will need two to four months notice for the processing of the applicants visa and work permit. We will help you with the processing of these documents. We will also assist the caregiver in getting all the documents that she/he needs to make application in the Country she/he is residing and help with the documents required after entering Canada. We may ask you for some documents that the Government of Canada requires.

If you are in need of a caregiver urgently, we can provide you with one sometimes in as little as one day, either permanent or temporarily till a suitable candidate is available. We keep in touch with our previous placements that come available from time to time. We also have a data base of available candidates, some of which are already in Canada and ready to work. If you choose a caregiver that is already in Canada, our agency fee is $500.00* CAD (plus GST). The fee is payable in two instalments. Half is payable upon selection of the caregiver and the other half is payable when the caregiver arrives in your home. We offer a 4 month guarantee.

If the caregiver is not working out for your family, we will replace her/him free of charge.
